1. Returns
Our Return Policy in a Nutshell:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MobiCity Store. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for any reason. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened software, digital downloads, or activated electronics.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance.”

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or not covered by a separate manufacturer’s warranty.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@mobicitystore.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.

  3. Ship the item to the address we provide, including the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds
Our Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same one, please contact us at support@mobicitystore.com.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@mobicitystore.com.

7. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

8. Data Processing for Returns
When you initiate a return, we process the personal information you provide (such as your name, order number, and contact details) to manage and process your return request. This data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may share your information with our shipping partners solely to facilitate the return process.
